I have already told you many times about the blockchain state Decenturion (by the way, today I’ll tell about a couple of fresh news too) and you are no longer surprised by the fact that such a social structure exists at all.
But maybe you will be surprised to learn that Decenturion is not the last online state. At this point one important clarification should be made. The fact is that there are already quite a lot of online states and many of you have already heard about Liberland, Witland and some others.
But it is precisely the blockchain states that are not yet so many, at the moment there are only a few of them in the whole world. And one of these blockchain states is Bitnation. Perhaps you already know that I am the official representative of some of these states and today I will speak as a Bitnation Ambassador.
I will not tell all the details of the Bitnation structure. For the first acquaintance, it will be enough just to give general information, but I will try to regularly inform you about the news of this interesting project.
So, today Bitnation is officially called Internet Sovereignty. Here is what the definition of this state looks like on the main site bitnation.co:
“…Bitnation is the world’s first Decentralised Borderless Voluntary Nation (DBVN). Bitnation started in July 2014 and hosted the world’s first blockchain marriage, birth certificate, refugee emergency ID, World Citizenship, DBVN Constitution and more. The website proof-of-concept, including the blockchain ID and Public Notary, is used by tens of thousands of Bitnation Citizens and Embassies around the world. Bitnation is the winner of UNESCO’s Netexplo Award 2017, and has been featured by the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, BBC, CNN, WIRED, VICE, TechCrunch, The Economist, Russia Today among many others…”
The founder and CEO of this project is Susanne Tarkowski Tempelhof, who has made a huge contribution to the formation of the state, as well as the project team, which today is called Bitnation Pangea. I would strongly advise reading Timeline on the main project website in order to better understand how this state developed. I am sure that this information will impress you very much.
But you, dear readers, are now of course interested in the XPAT coin, which Bitnation issues. This coin will soon enter the third phase of the sale and therefore you need to know something about it. To do this, turn again to the official information and read the following:
“…The Pangea Arbitration Token (XPAT) is an ERC20 compatible in-app token for the Pangea Jurisdiction. The XPAT token rewards good reputation and is issued on Pangea when Citizens accumulate non-tradable reputation tokens through creating a contract, successfully completing a contract or resolving a dispute attached to a contract…”
And now the most interesting. With the help of Bitnation, you can create your own online blockchain nation. But this is a topic for a separate story, and now for intrigue I will only say that today there are already more than 500 such nations.
